Manuel Garcia was an evolved human apprehended by The Company and convinced to work for them as one of their agents. He was an evolved human with the ability to teleport.
Character History
Graphic Novel:Faces, Part 1
Bob shows Penny and Connie a picture of their next target, a man the Company believes can teleport and whom they have tracked halfway across the country to Levittown, NY.
After wishing his girlfriend goodbye, Manuel heads back inside his house and receives a call from evsdropr, who warns him not to open the door. Just then, his girlfriend appears to have returned and knocks on the door. He asks her what she wants, saying he can hand it out to her. The girl tells him she wants him and he opens the door. He ends up knocked out by Penny, who has obtained his girlfriend's appearance. While still asleep, Manuel is taken to a bed in Primatech Research, where Penny prepares to give him an injection.

Manuel's girlfriend wonders where Manuel is and asks Thompson, Jr. if he has kidnapped him.
Graphic Novel:Into the Wild, Part 3
Manuel lies dead and fading by a bridge, having been one of many Company agents who died combating the army of Julien clones.
Heroes Evolutions
The teleporter's name was not mentioned to be "Manuel Garcia" until the Assignment Tracker 2.0 was updated to include an interactive map that lists his full name and a short profile when clicking on a marker for El Paso, TX. According to this map, Manuel was sighted in El Paso, TX before he was tipped off by evsdropr and fled to Levittown, NY.
