Charlie has heavy chains wrapped around his ankles, ropes tied to his wrists, and he is attached to a large pulley that is dunking him in and out of a tank of rusty water. The thugs demand to know where the [[evos]] are, but Charlie insists he doesn't know anything, including where [[El Vengador's underground railroad]] leads. Despite being tortured, Charlie insists that he they just pay him to drive the truck, and that's it. The thugs are satisfied that Charlie doesn't have any more information, so they let go of the rope and leave him in the tank to drown. Just then, [[El Vengador]] grabs Charlie [[enhanced strength\|forcibly lifts him]] from the water. Charlie thanks the masked avenger, and watches him continue to intimidate the thugs.
