On [[Timeline:April 2007-December 2014#October 17, 2011|October 17, 2011]], Christine welcomes [[Claire|Claire Petrelli]] onto her talk show, ''Inside the Beltway with Christine Harbough''. Christine asks Claire what she thinks about the change to the [[Evo Registration Act]] that makes [[evo]] registration mandatory. Claire tells her that she opposes it because it infringes on the freedom of evos who have chosen not to go public with their [[ability|abilities]]. Christine makes it clear that she is pro-registration and thinks that evos registering their powers is no different than a gun owner registering a gun. Christine then moves onto the fact that Claire doesn't mind being experimented on by people wanting to harness [[rapid cell regeneration|her ability]]. Claire tells Christine that it's her choice and that she wants to use her blood to help people. Time runs out and Christine thanks Claire for coming on her show. Christine tells her viewers that she will be talking about [[The President]]'s re-election strategy next.
