[[Micah]], under the name [[Rebel]], communicates with [[Tracy]], who is imprisoned in [[Building 26]]. He tells her to have hope, because help is coming.

===[[Cold Snap]]===
[[Micah]], as [[Rebel]], uses his ability to free [[Tracy]] from her cell, allowing her and others to escape from [[Building 26]].

Tracy then receives train tickets from a cash machine, again thanks to Micah's ability.

They eventually meet again at [[Union Station]], where Tracy regretfully informs Micah that she has given him up, after discovering he is in fact Rebel. He chastises her, citing her political biography as a reason he thought she was good, instead of selfish.

Building 26 agents soon appear, and Tracy acts selflessly to protect him by asking him to turn on the sprinklers and telling him to run. As he does, Tracy orchestrates her cold snap, freezing the parking garage they were in.

Later, as [[Danko]] shoots Tracy's icy form, Micah hears the shot, but is forced to continue running.

Tracy is talking to Micah about taking revenge on the Building 26 agents who imprisoned her. She tells Micah that someone needs to make them pay for what they did. Micah makes it clear he does not want Tracy to kill anyone and then asks her what caused her to hate them so much.

Micah then offers his some of his contacts (such as Monica and REBEL) to help Tracy, but she refuses, replying that she is not his mother, that she doesn't burn easy. Micah tells her not to talk about his mother like that, saying she'd regret it, she agrees.

Now outside the Diner, Tracy promises to make the agents pay but not to kill anyone. Micah believes her and gives her a list of names and addresses of former Building 26 agents.
