Great picture you uploaded, but it doesn't really show Peter running, just kind of standing there. His legs look like they might be moving, but it's not very clear. 	*Well I don't know why sumo guy would be chasing fast girl, maybe "speed dating" was referencing different characters than I assumed? :) The full image tells a bit more. Sumo guy is punching (and missing) Future Hiro...or at least I assume it's not Future Peter punching him. I guess that could be Peter doing his electricity thing over on the right side, but my guess is that it's Peter who's chasing our speed girl.
