Since that's the case, I'd say that the part where Claude supposedly "fudges" the facts, those are clearly not visible in the provided excerpts shows in the GN. I agree that the GN portrays the events in reality. However, since we cannot clearly prove otherwise, I think the note should still stay. We're dealing with a "world" where people fly, so basic logic doesn't really apply sometimes. So, he is honest about admitting that he lies? The honest-liar seems (at the least) very counter-productive and improbable. If he is going to lie, why be honest about lying? If he includes the "fudge the facts" then he has ruined the credibility of the entire report.
