I'll give that the girl really has [[enhanced speed]] due to the jet trail behind her (a wallcrawler wouldn't have that). The guy with electricity has a form of ''electric manipulation'' (aka [[electrokinesis]]?). 	**** I'd define the electricity power based on where it comes from. If the electricity comes from an outside source, the way cryokinesis and pyrokinesis do, then it is indeed electrokinesis. If it comes from the character's body (which it could, considering that the human body does generate electricity), then it'd be electricity generation.
