I have a feeling that the murder of [[James Walker]] may have just been something originally designed to setup the character of [[Sylar]] and that they may have not intended to go into more detail on it... if that's true I think it makes for a great candidate for a graphic novel and now, after 2 seasons, provides a tie-in all the way back to the second episode.
