			Phil has the ability to shapeshift into at least one other persona, a large, strong man named "Mr. Vance". She uses this ability several times to intimidate and fight others. While in the presence of [[the Haitian]] and his [[mental manipulation\|ability blocking power]], she reverts back to her regular female form. It is unknown if Phil is able to shapeshift into other people or not as she has only ever demonstrated turning into Mr. Vance.
