After the sermon, Elena encourages Oscar to apologize to Mauricio for his lateness, so he does so. Oscar also tells Mauricio that he needs to tell him something in private, so he tells him to meet him at [[Gutierrez and Sons]] later.

			Later, after Oscar and Mauricio successfully smuggle a group of evos through [[El Vengador's underground railroad]], Oscar enters the confessional in St. Francis to update Mauricio on the evos' status. Mauricio tells Oscar that he has set up a network of people who share their cause. Before leaving, Oscar tells Mauricio to listen out for the name of a gang who may be helping [[El Diablo]] smuggle more evos into [[Los Angeles]].
