	** If any eclipse in the past had taken away powers, Arthur should have known the effect. Oviously he doesn't. So we can assume that this effect don't occur on every eclipse but only on some eclipses. I also think that the area in which the powers are taken away ist limited to this of the moon's shadow. Claire awakes after the sun shines on her again. 	Hiro was unable to use his powers for a good chunk of Season One. He believed it was because he didn't have the [[Kensei sword]], but really it was more about not believing in himself...or some other mojo like that.
