	Intuitive Aptitude isn't a Ability Theft. It seems like it's more just a Ability Copy like Empathic Mimicry. I think the Brain Exposure to the Environment and Sylar poking around at the Brain is what kills the Victims and it seems like he doesn't Steal the power but he Mimics it like Peter.
