Jessica and Gina (the alter egos) exist in Niki's mind and are not separate people. We have articles for them because they have histories unto themselves. I think Hal is listed as their father as a remnant from when we had the Jessica the Alter Ego and Jessica the Sister Who Died on the same page. I'd rather see no parent for Jessica the Alter Ego than see Jessica and Gina listed as Barbara's or Tracy's sisters.
