	I saw somewhere on the site that baby Matt might be able to "activate powers", and it got me thinking. What if the Catalyst HAS to exist. When Arthur died, someone else had it transferred into them. Now, I don't want to argue specifics about how baby Matt ended up with it, but really, it does seem feasible.
