			***** Based on the shape of the trigger guard and what looks like an unsupported ejector rod (I can't tell for sure, the picture is kinda blurry), I'm going to guess that Ernie's gun is a Colt Agent in 38. special. However, given the angle of the one glimpse that we get of the gun and the fact that all snubnose 38s look very similar, it is hard to be sure. On the subject of who's gun is fired during the fight, one can clearly hear empty cartages hitting the ground after the last two shots. This would indicate that the gun that fired those shots was an automatic (like Jessica's gun) and not a revolver.
