			****Although it's already been confirmed I am inclined to agree with those who say freezing wouldn't work here. At this time in the show one of the people involved in '''Heroes''', Brian Fuller rings a bell, stated that Sylar was ''eating'' his victims' brains, so by this chapter it wouldn't make sense for James' wife was pinned to the to the stairs with silverware, James getting scalped and his brains "digested" while he was frozen in place. This is not mere speculation, this is retconning (is that a word?) on the part of the creators, and they didn't do a very good job. It is very unlikely Sylar would stick around that long either way, with the feds and '''The Company''' hot on his trail. It doesn't really matter now but it would've made more sense if Trevor had the freezing.--Inblackestnight 17:22, 21 July 2010 (EDT)

			** He's definitely much older than 39. According to the script for [[Moonlight Serenade]], Ida May was in her 70s when she was killed in that novel. If she is, say 70, and had James at the reasonable but higher age of 40, he would've been born in 1937 and be 69. That seems awfully high. If she had James at 45, he would've been a 64-year-old born in 1942. Fertility treatments didn't really exist in 1947, like they do today, so the possibility of him being born after her 50th birthday (1947, age 59) are next-to-zero. This seems to be a near-continuity mistake, but oh well.
