	: I know not all ''Heroes'' locales match up exactly with real world locales, but the LVPD is in Vegas. If the Nevada State Penitentiary indeed is supposed to be the ''Heroes'' version of the Nevada State Prison, then it would be in Carson City, about 450 miles away. 			:: More importantly, police departments and corrections departments are usually completely separate entities.
