Right now we definitely have articles for named characters who appear, and we definitely don't need articles for unnamed characters who are merely mentioned (such as the various examples of evos in the United States given by [[Gregory Quaye]] in ''STC, DTW''). It seems that for the other two categories we go on a case-by-case basis, which I'm okay with. For example we've judged that although Mrs. Dearing, Friedkin, [[Condor]], and all of [[Hiro]]'s old crushes were all named and mentioned though never appeared, the latter two were mentioned enough times and/or were adequately related to plotlines that we are making an article for (each of) them, though neither of these conditions hold for the former two. 			**** Agree. I haven't read ''STC, DTW'' yet, so I can't comment on those characters. But ultimately, it'll be a case-by-case situation. I guess we will err on the side of including more than less (so long as somebody wants to write the articles), but I think this is a good discussion and some good guidelines (not hard and fast rules), and it ultimately comes down to a case-by-case judgment.
