			First of all, "gov't?" What does <i>that</i> mean?

			Second of all, people with similar abilities aren't necessarily related. Joe and Aron said themselves that just because you have a similar ability doesn't mean they're related. You get abilities that fit YOU, and siblings aren't often similar (Genetically, yes, but not personality-wise.).

			Third of all, Lulu? He's a <i>teenage</i> patient, so his age is in the teens, not the twenties. Also, the teen's and Elle's ages are their PRESENT ones. Could (if they are related) one of the three become a villain and come after Elle while another the hero comes to protect Elle and they team up after the relative villain (no pun intended)?
