==Usage==
This template is adapted from [http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Edit-first-section Template:Edit-first-section] on [http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Edit-first-section Wikipedia's Meta-Wiki].

This template defaults to editing the zeroth section. On a page structured with sections, there can be text and other page elements before the first section. To edit this part of the page, one usually has to edit the whole page. This template defaults to creating an edit link for the part ''before the first section'', also called section 0.

The section 0 link is:

It is also possible to edit other sections by specifying the <tt>number</tt> and other pages by specifying them as the first argument. Also, if <tt>nolinks</tt> is specified and true, normal section links will also be suppressed.

===Syntax===
Add <tt><nowiki>{{Edit-section-number}}</nowiki></tt> to the page where the edit link should appear (on the right hand side, as usual). Typically, this is on the first line of the page.
