Every time we add a new carny (and there are a lot "in the pipeline" to be added), we need to change the numbers for every single person. (The big difference between this template and something like [[template:targetsimagemap]] is that this template need to be alphabetized, but the targets don't. Also, just about every image here should have an article, but the targets don't.) I changed this to a table that uses [[template:PortalCharacter]].
