			*****Okey doke, it's not perfect, but I think it's a huge improvement. The TOC should probably go ''below'' the "Characters" heading and above the br clear all. It creates some whitespace, but I still think it's better than what we have in place already. Another option is to make the text larger, I guess, but for some reason I still prefer the small text.
