			When [[Angela]] tells [[Peter]] that he has to kill [[Arthur\|his father]], the Haitian agrees with her by saying that Arthur is far too powerful to be contained. As Peter is driving the Haitian to [[Pinehearst Headquarters]], the Haitian recognizes Peter's reluctance to kill Arthur, and offers to do it instead. Peter tells him that, just as [[Samedi]] was the Haitian's responsibility, Arthur is his. The Haitian nods, and they continue on their journey. Once they arrive at the HQ, the Haitian uses [[Mental manipulation\|his ability]] to render a [[Pinehearst security guard\|security guard]] unconscious, and takes the elevator with Peter. When Arthur comes out to meet them, and Peter points his gun at him, the Haitian suppresses Arthur's attempt at using [[telekinesis]] to throw the gun away. Arthur begins to mentally overpower the Haitian, causing him to sweat. When [[Sylar]] arrives and helps Peter kill Arthur, the Haitian offers Peter his condolences, reminding him that Arthur had to die. Peter tells the Haitian to go get [[Sylar]]. Following Peter's orders, the Haitian walks through a door and disappears.

He tells Ando that he was the man he saw in the [[Villains Future\|future]] and assumes half of the [[formula]] resides in his silver briefcase. Soon thereafter, the Haitian receives [[Angela]]'s half the formula from an [[Angela's aide\|aide]] of hers. Hiro, disguised as an usher, attempts to retrieve the briefcase while Ando approaches the Haitian and smashes him over the head, sending him plummeting down the stairs unconscious, during which his ability isn't in effect. After Daphne steals the [[formula]] from Hiro, he tries to stop time and regain it, but he and Ando are both grabbed by an angered Haitian.
