When [[Monica Dawson|Monica]] tires to get back [[Micah]]'s medal and comics, she is kidnapped by the thieves. They take her to Duzac's Diner and tie her up. When she tries to call for help, [[Hype Wilson]] gets angry and pours gasoline all over the room and soon ignites the building. Micah and [[Niki Sanders|Niki]] arrive in time to save Monica and stop Hype. Niki goes inside the burning building to rescue Monica, but she does not get out herself. The diner explodes with Niki inside, killing her.
