	The user of this ability must use either their own energy reserves or and external source, such as a generator etc to power their ability. If there is no external source nearby the user can become extremely weak, and contorl f their ability will begin to be lost.

	This ability is capable of relicating of energy exerting, using abilites, such as electrical manipulation, feezing, pyrokenisis, suer strength etc, it cannot replicate concentration or biological abilities such as space / time manipulation, telekenesis, super speed or telepathy etc. Also, for the power to be replicated, the original user must be dead, as this power cannot take enrgy from other living organisms.

	Although, it should be noted, that case 02 has found a way to dramaticly reduce the temperature of other peoples body heat, freezing them, this requires direct contact and for the target to be either unconsious or extremely weak.
