			After Peter had arrived back in [[New York]] he didn't know where to go. He couldn't contact [[Isaac\|Isaac Mendez]] and [[Simone]] was of no use either. He felt the only course of action was to visit [[Mohinder Suresh]] who he'd gone to before. When he reached the [[Mohinder's apartment\|apartment]] he heard Mohinder shout out for help, and so he burst in through the door. Peter was immediately confronted by [[Sylar\|a man]]. Peter was slammed against the wall and the man began to cut his head open, one of the last things Peter heard was a car pull up outside, before Sylar panicked and began to rip Peter's head from his body.

			Peter died rapidly, all life leaving his head and body less than a minute after the beheading took place. His remains were taken by the [[the Company]] on orders of his mother, [[Angela Petrelli]]. [[Daniel Linderman]] attempted to heal Peter, however he was too far gone into death for this to work.
