Flint's Pyrokinesis is labeled Pyrokinesis based on his assignment tracker and because it is distinctly similar to Meredith's example of the ability. Ando's ability may not be electricity-based or it may function entirely differently from Lightning. ***** I agree that it's Lightning, just colored differently. But there's really no evidence of that within the show. Our evidence for Flint having differently colored Pyrokinesis is that his AT says he has it and his power has thus far been very similar to Meredith's. Not so with Ando's ability.
