Dr. Miles Shepherd is Silvermoon City's lead doctor, and a medical professional. He delivered Dylan when Clarissa Long was having her baby, and witnessed her death as well. When Dylan returns to the town, he is still the lead doctor for the town. He is often the voice of the town and tries to help as much as he can.
