Ozymandias is the current leader of the international group of assassins known as Quantum. He is tactically brilliant and is the son of the former leader of Quantum. Ozymandias is the classic title for all rulers of Quantum, so it is probably not the true name of him.

Evolved Human Abilities
Ozymandias has shown that he is incredibly strong (being able to lift a car almost effortlessly, being able to crush a man's skull, and being able to rip a small tree out of the ground). He is also pretty fast (being able to catch a bullet) and has amazing reflexes (can sense when something is about to happen). But, it is his impossible intellect that beats all else. He is one of, if not the, smartest men in the world. He can "absorb" knowledge at amazing speeds and has a great memory.
