Even if it weren't, there is much more evidence pointing towards [[mental manipulation]] than [[telepathy]]. [[The Haitian]] needs physical contact to erase memories, as does Arthur. [[Matt]] indeed used [[telepathy]] to erase memories, but he did so without physical contact. To me, that's enough to say that he is using MM. But, If you want to keep changing it, go ahead.
