Usage
This template returns either a link for an article if said article exists, or an edit link if the article doesn't exist.
In appearance, this article will look the same whether the linked page exists or not--it will appear as a standard internal link. When a link to a non-existent article is followed, it will behave like a red link. However, the link will not create a wanted page.
It is almost always preferable to create a red link for wanted articles. However, this template can be used in circumstances when producing a red link is not desired-- for example, to link to possibly non-existent talk pages.
