Usage
Marks an image as a needing to be reuploaded and adds [[Category: Images to be Reuploaded]]. This tag should be used for images that need to be the correct size, better quality, or uploaded for some other reason.
You can add a note of what the image needs to have by piping the variable needs and a summary of what's required.
