Mohinder tries to make a formula to take [[Maya]]'s [[Poison emission|ability]] away. But instead he thinks he has found a way to give abilities. He states to her that if he does know a way, he could take them too. Maya worries that Mohinder will inject somebody or even himself with it and get her ability. She says to get rid of it. At the docks, Mohinder is about to throw it into the water, but then decided to inject himself. He passes out in pain. When he wakes up, there are to thugs about to mug him. he fights them off with [[Enhanced strength|great strength]] and crushes a gun as if crumbling up tissue paper. |

Maya returns to [[Isaac's loft|Mohinder's lab]] to find him upside down, on a support beam in the air. He jumps down to an upset Maya, and assures her he injected himself, and does not have her ability. He not only has strength, and super agility, he demonstrates to her, climbing up the wall of the loft. Although, his behavior is far more aggressive and Mohinder and Maya sleep together. He later wakes up and goes to the bathroom. He is deeply sensitive, almost bothered, by the light. He sees some skin which was scab like coming off his back, and he peels it off. The scab was mutated looking like a scale. He looks terrified at the scab and becomes deeply worried. |

Mohinder works in his lab, recording journals about the formula. His hearing has become enhanced when he hears his neighbor arguing. He goes to their front door and tries talking to them. His neighbor tells him to leave, and shuts the door on him. But he wasn't quick enough, and [[Mohinder]] pushes open the door and slams his head into it. Four years into the future, Mohinder's body has transformed into millions of scales covering him entirely. He speed across the floor, and has difficulty breathing. In present time, his neighbor comes to his door and punches Mohinder. He says he stuck his nose where it shouldn't be, then Mohinder says he did the same. Just then Mohinder grabs his shirt and pulls him in. |

Mohinder is in the park and is watching a drug dealer. He approaches him and says he needs something to take the edge off. The drug dealers asks him what he needs, but Mohinder states he needs the dealer himself and takes him away. Later Mohinder drags the dealers bleeding body into the loft and into the back room where he has cocooned his neighbor, then the dealer. Maya walks in and says the neighbor is missing. Mohinder lies and says he does not know anything. Maya walks in at night and enters the back room. She is disgusted at what he has done, and tries to cut one of the bodies down. Mohinder walks in and hears Maya trying to hide. He walks in and his eyes go black. He realizes Maya is in the room, and says she needs to calm down if she doesn't want to become a killer again. Maya calls him a monster and he attacks her. We see later he has also cocooned Maya to the wall as well. |

Mohinder helps [[Nathan]] and [[Tracy]] figure out how they got their [[abilities]]. He then drugs them both and they pass out. Tracy wakes up strapped to a table. Mohinder, just about to experiment on them, when Tracy states she knows what he is going through, He holds her hand and Tracy freezes it. He cries out in anguish and she freezes the restraints until they shatter. She frees Nathan and they duck from a table being thrown at them and see Mohinder looking angry at them. Mohinder pleads for their help. But they refuse and he leaps right over them, grabs Maya and super jumps out the window. Mohinder has taken Maya to [[Pinehearst]] and has asked for [[Arthur Petrelli]]'s help. He agrees and asks for Mohinder's help to correct the formula. He desperately agrees. Arthur brings in [[Peter]] for him to test on. But Peter is saved thanks to [[Sylar]]. Peter runs. and Mohinder starts beating Sylar senselessly, but is stopped by Arthur. |
