A thief tries to steal a car but is seen by Amanda.

Graphic Novel:Amanda's Journey, Part 2
The thief and his cohort break into a car and grab the valuable stuff inside. When they try to flee the scene, Amanda sees them and sets fire to their car. The thieves panic but Tracy Strauss saves them by freezing the fire.
