I'm just throwing it out, wouldn't this title be a little bit speculative since we've already decided that "Green energy" is speculative in the ability's talk page? - Can't we just call him "future terrorist"? Then if another future terrorist pops up whom we can't name (but which is unlikely), we can clarify with "future terrorist (Resistance)".
