This ability allows the holder to excert vast quantities of water out of his hands, cold or warm, depending on the holder's energy (has [[Pyrokinesis|pyrokinesis]] does). The holder can also manipulate water (wether he created it or not) as [[Telekinesis|telekinesis]] does to matter. |
