The cuts were still there when Peter and Claire bumped into Noah, at least that's what I saw, as far as I could tell in the edits on the page, you're one of perhaps two people who think he got them all, even if you're right, the most prudent thing to do right now is list Peter as having only shape shifting, since that's the only one we can say without a doubt. Hey there, LimaBean. To create a fan power or a user page, make sure you place the page in the user namespace, not in the main namespace. That means you'd put "User:LimaBean/" before the title of the page (as in "User:LimaBean/PenguinKinesis"). I deleted the pages you created in the main namespace, but if you need me to undelete them so they can be moved into the user namespace, let me know.
