Usage
This flag can be added to the talk page of accounts that have been blocked. This will quickly and easily alert others to the status of the account, especially since the contribution pages and block list can be difficult to navigate.
The variables "vandal" or "spammer" can be added to print the reason for the block. If more explanation is needed, the variable "reason" can be used.
