Character History
Graphic Novel:War Buddies, Part 2
In 1968, Amarillo embarks on a mission in Vietnam to recover a downed aircraft. He gives up his name and identification in order to ensure plausible deniability. When his boat's position is compromised, he and his crew come under enemy fire. Amarillo is clipped in the chest by a bullet and dies.
