Sylar's watch is featured in the episode Seven Minutes to Midnight.
In that episode's first scene in the Burnt Toast Diner, when Sylar is revealed he is shown to be wearing a broken watch. This watch is showing the time 11:53.
When Mohinder dreams of his father's death, the same watch is shown smashing against the cab's window. Again, the time on the watch is 11:53. This seems to indicate that Sylar killed Chandra Suresh.
