Little information is available on Agent Martinez. He is in charge of preserving the abilities of fallen agents. In addition, The Organization hs opened up a new division that is creating evolved humans with customized abilities.
Evolved Human Abilities
Brad has the ability to take another persons skills or abilities (in the case of evolved humans). Brad cannot keep any abilities or skills he absorbs using this ability nor can he use them. He can retain the template before transferring it for a maximum of ninety minutes. He cannot transfer skills from the deceased but he can transfer abilities so long as the target has not been dead for more than 48 hours.
