Toby was a busboy / dishwasher at a roadside diner with the ability to create gestalt from two or more individuals.

Toby was a mentally challenged young man who had the misfortune of running into a sadistic pair of evolved human, twins Jayne and Jayna Roberts. They toyed with him and hurt him with their abilities. Unbeknownst to them, he was also evolved. He had the ability to combine individuals into one body. He lashed out to defend himself and merge them into one. Retaliating in anger, they murdered him.
Evolved Human Toby's Ability
Toby had the ability to merge two or more people into one body. This body would possess combined features particular to each body in the gestalt. They would also possess the collective intelligence and personalities of the component individuals (this includes mental acumen and skill sets). The only time he used this ability was when he created the merged form of Double Trouble.
