Woe Unto Me

I've got computer training classes on Mondays this month, and I'm missing Heroes. The NBC website has been uncooperative about viewing the latest episode online. Something about my anti-AdWare programs keeping the player from working. I've got Norton and Webroot running, and I have no idea which features of what are blocking the player. Any help from HeroesWiki users on solving this problem would be much appreciated.
