LDL/Triglyceride Spike = Brains!
Sylar's LDL and total triglyceride readings are off the chart, to put it mildly (LDL of 190+ and triglycerides of 500+ is the highest level defined). If Sylar were a normal human, his arteries would be clogged to the point of cardiac failure.
It just so happens that [brains, when eaten, are incredibly high in saturated fat and cholesterol, which directly affects LDL and triglyceride levels in humans.
