Sean Fallon recruits Joseph to the Company's secret military unit, the Kill Squad, with promises to explain what happened to his sister and brother-in-law. Joseph accompanies the rest of the kill squad, along with Lewis and Paulette Hawkins to Guyana. After the mission is completed, Fallon orders Joe to execute Paulette.

- Joseph joined the kill squad on the condition that Fallon tell him about what happened to his sister and brother-in-law. However, it is unclear if the circumstances of their deaths have yet been revealed to him.
