When Claire storms into the aircraft's cockpit she threatens the pilot with a tranquilizer and begins to instruct that he turn the plane around, before Noah Bennet, in the co-pilot's chair, turns around and throws her off-guard. When Peter accidentally blows open a hole in the side of the plane using his newly-acquired freezing ability, the pilot issues several mayday broadcasts and struggles to maintain control as the plane falls to earth.
