Is Ida really a medium? That implies she has some form of relationship with them, that she communicates with them, or delivers messages to/from the spirits she sees. I'm not sure that's the case with Ida. I'm not an expert on the supernatural, but it just seems like this isn't the best name for the power. I'll ask [[R.D.
