What's the rule of thumb for which book characters we should create articles for? I think characters who "appear" (are present in the narrative) definitely need articles. What about characters who don't appear but are mentioned (such as Condor from ''[[A Matter of Trust]]'' or Mrs. Dearing from ''[[Dirty Deeds]]'')?
