Joseph 'Joe' Edward was the father of Remer Edward and husband of Eva Edward. He was an operative of the Organization.
Character History
Joe was originally coerced into working for the Organization. He felt he had no chance and used his ability of Ability Detection. He spent his time identifying and aiding in the acquisition of prospective new agents for the Organization. After the birth of his son, he got the courage to break free from the Organization. He and Evie planned for their sons freedom. He would succeed in saving his son from at the cost of his life. He was proud of the job they ultimately did raising Remer and satisfied that he would better the world. Through him, he found redemption. He was killed by a strike team from the Organization in Venezuela.
Evolved Human Abilities
The ability to detect what abilities, latent or manifested an evolved human possesses. If latent can predict (give or take seven days) when they will manifest. The level of accuracy will increase with experience.
