Me
A Summary
I am just a highschooler. Or, I thought I was.
Until that day.
My teacher was rattling the same, boring stuff, when I noticed trails in the air. At first, I thought my glasses were smudged, but I then began to see writing on the chalkboard. It was a trail on the board that my teacher seemed to follow with the chalk. Apparently, I was the only one who noticed. Later that day, at lunch, the school bully spills my food over my table because I couldn't pay up. I could have sworn that an outline of his fist flew at me, right before his fist followed the outline. Normally, I would have had a bloody nose. Instead, It was the other way around. Fortunately, no teacher in my school with two brain cells thought that the out of shape kid could beat the school Hulk by a long shot.
A few days later, my friend begs and pleads with me to win back his money at a betting game. Some thugs, including the school bully, were there, and thought I hustled them when I won fifty bucks off of them. Shortly after, I found out that the 'special education' classes for the kids there, including my friend, were for people with powers, like me. My friend is a shapeshifter, and the school bully is actually super strong.
My Powers
Passive Precognition - Unlike Isaac Mendev's power to paint the future, my power is constantly at work. Even now, my power is active. I can see trails in the air of what is about to happen. I can see up to fifty-nine seconds without zoning out, but past five seconds, it loses its usefulness.
Intuitive Aptitude - I can understand stuff quite well at a glance, and my power doesn't have the "curse" of hunting for more knowledge. The catch, it only cant turn on for one hour max at a time, and it recherges in real time: one second for one second. I hold my power on for one hour, and I can't utilize my power for one hour. Fortunately, I can turn my power on and off at will. Theoretically, this is how Sylar, a.k.a. Gabriel, learns to control his 'hunger.
My Episodes
NONE YET... sorry, please be patient with me, my first two episodes are in progress.
Fortunately, I was able to come up with summaries of A handful.
Episode I- Mondays - Michael's power manifests itself.
Episode II- Special Education - Alex introduces Michael to the Special Education classes.
Episode III- Illogical - Michael questions all of the things he has seen in the Special Education classes.
Episode IV- Scene of the Crime - Michael, Alex, and Gadget go to a crime scene. The Company building was blown to bits, and the only thing there not covered in soot is a single, open, silver pocketwatch.
Episode V- The Test - Michael captures a Level 5 Escapee, but not before learning one of the Company's most dangerous secrets.
Episode VI- Tick, Tock... - Michael, Gadget, and Wrench encounter the man that blew up the Company building.
Characters and Powers
Michael - That's me! My powers are listed above.
Alex - He's my friend, the one who 'lost the bet'. He can shapeshift, with a few bonuses, like being able to copy powers of the person he shapeshifts into, if he comes in contact with said person prior to his shift.
'Wrench' - the school bully's nickname. He has a super strength factor; he can triple his strength factor (He multiplies his kinetic output by x5. I learned this when he tried to open me during lunch with his fist.)
'Burns' - one of the 'special education' students. His power is reflected by his nickname: pyrokinesis.
'Gadget' - another 'special education' student, and the only girl I know of. She has technopathy.
'Special Education' Teacher - The principal of my school, and the sole teacher of the Special Education classes. He can stretch, extend, and twist his body, as though it were rubber.
'Special Education' Test Proctor - one of the Exam & Test Proctors. He has enhanced memory; pretty good power for grading everything, and for remembering cheaters.
'Migraine' McGee - one of the villains, and the target of my test. He can "apparently" induce paralyzingly painful migraines.
+?????+ - the main villain. He makes things explode by pointing at it; this includes human beings. Every time he blows up a large building or area, he will leave a working pocketwatch at the site. The resounding ticking can be heard against the absolute silence of the scene, which makes the falling ash, soot, and dust look that much more ominous.
'Special Education'
[These are -my- 'special classes']
Blackjack all or nothing - I have to try to beat the teacher every go, or fold immediately.
Paintball Catch - I am surrounded by up to eight students armed with paintball guns. I have to catch the paintballs without popping them, or otherwise dodge them.
Sparring - I spar defensively with Wrench; I cannot attack, I am only allowed to dodge.
Marksmanship - Using .22 caliber pistols, duel wielded, I stand in the middle of a target room. Targets show up for two seconds, then sink. I must shoot the X on the target for it to count.
Machinery Activation - This trains my intuitive aptitude. I must make a working machine (the teacher gives me the target machine i.e. automated dryer, computer monitor, e.t.c.) using parts I am given. I am given a time limit, and am not given a manual. The look is unnecessary, it just needs to work well.
Tests
Tests are done by groups, except the first test.
MY FIRST TEST - I have to capture a power-using convict - I myself have to capture a level 5 escapee. I don't know his name, but he can induce paralyzingly powerful headaches to anyone he sees. I was able to capture him, but it took me five minutes; that doesn't seem long, until you add in the time I used to precog the events - that makes it approximately a half hour.
